Problem solving is good, prevention is better. In line with this motto – and within the framework of the law – we take care to avoid conflicts of interest that may arise for a capital management company with different investors. Unavoidable conflicts must be resolved by the capital management company in the interests of the special AIF and its investors.
The principle always applies that services and transactions for a special AIF must be carried out in its interest. The interests of the fund and its investors always take precedence over the interests of the capital management company. The interests of the company, in turn, take precedence over the interests of its employees.

In addition, we have set up a complaints office – not only to comply with legal requirements, but also to enable investors to exercise their rights without restriction: transparently, effectively, and without delay.
